there is a snobby sect of the boxing world which backs the boxer vs a presumptive one-dimensional puncher.

for those who haven't heard of the word snob: a person who believes that their tastes in a particular area are superior to those of other people.

I honestly feel I am the best scorer of fights in the world and I had it for kovalev

ward won the electoral college but kov , as the polls showed, won the popular vote. with that being said I do see a possible path for victory for ward if you give him Wisconsin, Michigan and PA- rounds 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12

Here's the deal. In order to summarize all of this. Remember that almost all of the media personalities; Especially the ones in the U.S. had Kovalev winning the fight.

While on the other hand, almost all of the boxing experts: Including boxing trainers, current and former boxers around the world all had Ward winning the fight.

I'll trust the expert opinion of a licensed professional boxer any day on how to score a prize fight over some fan, online blogger, newspaper columnist, commentator or color broadcast analyst, because they have never actually laced up a pair of boxing gloves, sparred and stepped between the ring before and competed against other boxers; Which is called the squared circle but all the boxing experts have.

So who is more suited to give expert advice? A fraternity who has never been in a professional prize fight before or one that has?

hopefully a rematch happens but it seems like diva ward is ducking it. Part of me says ward has him figured out and will do better and win the second but part of me says if kovalev picks up his conditioning and trys a bit harder to hurt ward (cause he knows he can) he will win. People just need to admit it was a close fight and move on. This obsession with trying to label this a bad decision and calling anyone who disagrees with your score biased or racist is lame. At least we get another shot to see who makes it more definitive.

Honesty my friend some people are too focused on hating a country and being mixed in the whole race hatred game, Ward was disrespectful through the build up and during the fight, Kovalev showed a lot of class outside and inside the ring he took Ward to school and everyone who knows boxing knows that it's only the people who wanted Ward to win that are saying he won blah blah ooo close...

im good...i've watched the fight in its entirety 5 times and scored it 4 times...i have eyes and a brain of my own

keep your biased stats to yourself...if you only saw 7 headlocks...you definitely have selective vision...moving on
