And? Froch body of work gave him the right to do whatever he wanted to do with his after career or appearance. I understand that Degale is a bit upset that Froch never fought him, but he fought Groves, there would always be a new younger fighter waiting for their chances and you can't fight everyone of them, one day you got to call it quit. Joe calzaghe never fought Froch.

But Carl never stopped harping on about Calzaghe not fighting him.Why he'd have wanted to fight a then unknown Froch while he was making big money with Jones and Hopkins only Carl Knows.But he left on a high.And I think Froch left at the exact right time after throwing the best punch of his life.Like you say ,you gotta know when enough is enough.If Roy Jones had quit after Ruiz,he'd be seen as one of the top 3 of all time.
