TBE is subjective and you could make a case for Floyd being the best to do it. Nothing wrong with saying he is or isn't since you know........it's an opinion.

There is no TBE that is just fan favorite BS , there are great fighters in every generation to state one is better than all is to disrespect so many outstanding champions , Floyd is another ATG like so many before him and so many still to come its evolution .

I'm more of a fan of the World Champion who fights all over the world and earning the people's respect.

        Example: Celestino Caballero
Fought and defended his title in Panama, Thailand (as underdog), USA, Venezuela, Unified against Undefeated fighter in Canada, Mexico, Argentina, and Japan.

For me personally I have never in my life seen a fighter this flawless and consistent. Think about this SRL has a much better resume. However, most of SRL's opponents are the same size as him. He has the power to hurt them. While 80% of Floyd's resume is 15lbs bigger than him, and he didnt have the power to hurt them. Yet he was so much better that he was able to whitewash them for 19yrs straight.

I mean its impressive that he could even get a victory, special at a later age being nearly 40 facing men who are 22yrs old who outweighed him by 15lbs. But just to white wash them. Insane.

I think SRL's resume is better and has greater names, while Floyd's resume is by far tougher and more difficult due to having the deck stacked against him, age, power disadvantage, and size.

To put it into perspective, imaging taking away SRL's power, making him shorter, and even older later on, he would get beat down very badly by the same opponents. Even some of his easier opponents would've beaten him at those circumstances.

Floyd is something that will never be seen again.

Boxing experts rank fighters by the quality of their opponents and whether the opponents were in their prime.

Floyd has more natural talent and boxing skill than any other fighter we have seen in the history of the sport. So yeah he does have a claim for TBE

Let's not go overboard, here. There's definitely a lot of upcoming potential and talent. Hate it or love it, but Roman G. is probably the closest to being the latest to be called an ATG.

Leonard's win over Halger trumps anything in Floyd's career (who still is a top 15 ATG, IMO) Leonard moved from WW to MW for that fight.

Also: I truly believe Roy Jones did the most impressive feat in boxing history. MW to HW, who the **** does that?

That doesn't make any sense. Why take away anything from SRL? Should we take away Floyd's long ass arms? Or his brilliant speed?
