Yes, everyone knows that. While it's true, just remember that it was only his first time testing positive for a banned substance, so he was a given a second chance but so did Povetkin.
However, after Povetkin was given his second chance, he didn't make the most of it, by getting busted a second time for PED use; Which is something I find highly unacceptable in my judgement.
It's just like that old saying goes "Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me".
