Its hard to knock out any half decent fighter out if they completely refuse to engage. Dont know why anyones reading too much into it, cause no other fighter is going to adopt scotts tactics and if they did, it would just mean they lose eveyr round. Ortiz isnt invincible but neither is any of the other heavyweights, everyone of them is limited in some way. I didnt realise winning by 120,120, 119 meant someone was 'exposed' which is what people on here and the youtube gurus are making out.
    Indeed.
Around the 3rd round or so I jokingly predicted that Scott would run for 12 and everyone would say Ortiz was exposed. I had no clue that Malik would actually do that and that people were so foolish to actually blame Ortiz.

Did Wlad get exposed by Haye? Pac exposed by Algeri?
Of course not. These guys are pro boxers and if they are trying to simply survive, they can do that pretty well. Esp a Philly boxer. Had Malik shown any desire to fight, the match would have looked very different.

I disagree, Ortiz will KO Hugie Fury easy... Ortiz would knock out most boxers in the British heavyweight scene ... I think chisora and white will give him a challenge ... The only two which In my opinion would beat him are AJ and Fury and I say that because I dont know if Ortiz can Handle AJs power... if he can Handle AJs power Ortiz might beat him... do not forget that Ortiz can actually box as well as fight and this is probably due to his over 300 amateur fights in La Finca (where all the Cuban amateur champions train) ... I think he would give Joshua a very tough fight.

And the way Scott was running in that fight, especially early...that **** was f**king disgraceful. Dude should be ashamed of himself.
Yeah, at this point I've only seen a few clips (mostly of the knockdowns) so I can't form a complete opinion, but it seems hard to believe Luis can be faulted very much for his performance. A lot of guys around here seem to believe this last fight somehow exposed Ortiz as less than the bogie man of the division. Maybe so, but we've all seen murderous fighters look less-than-impressive with certain types, especially those looking simply to survive. Mike Tyson didn't look too hot against "Bonecrusher" (more aptly named "Boneclutcher") Smith either. It happens. Let's see what Ortiz looks like in his next fight, hopefully against a less frightened opponent.
