The Nevada State Athletic Commission has assigned its officials to work the Sergey Kovalev-Andre Ward light heavyweight title fight November 19 in Las Vegas. Mike Griffin should have been the referee for this fight.

Hahahaha!!! here we go! Both Ward and Kovalev better play by the rules : Byrd deducted points from new champion Jessie Magdaleno, and Donnie Nietes in a world championship bout vs. Fuentes ; took points from Miranda and Chilemba in their fight!!! this dude is no joke he even went off on Chocolatito for simply trying to check on his opponent 'Lobito' Soto!!! bwahahaha! damn now that I think about it....I might not put any money on Ward.

If the ref play any part of a decision, it will water down the victory of either fighter. This is one of those "let them work" fights. The #1 P4P is depending on it.

Good, this fight needs to be fair, no head buts from Ward

I don't know if there is a rematch clause but win or lose for either fighter I see a rematch down the line because the loser is sure to maintain a high ranking and I don't see these guys at top of 175 stopping Kovalev or Ward currently Dre holds the #1. seat on both sanctioning bodies ( IBF, WBO ) -- Kovalev should be given another shot right away given hes unified.

                  Fcuk Robert Byrd

He stops fights early and doesn't allow inside work.

Please....Kovalev should be in the WWE with his Suplex-Slams followed by a leg drop...he did it to Mohammedi and Pascal...and who could forget this.
