I dont remember Garcia pulling out of any major fight that hes agreed to fight....I do remember Thurman making Porter wait for I dont remember a year? I do remember Pac and Mayweather taking how many years to fight? It took Brook maybe ten years to fight Porter...hmmm...looks like Danny and Jessie Vargas have been stepping up in this division.
