Has he ever been offered a fight outside the US? Have you ever heard him complain about where he fights? Have you heard him say he's not willing to fight Brook in the UK? The only time I've heard him mention fighting in a specific location was at the Canelo fight when he said one day he'd love to fight in his hometown at Texas Stadium.

I look at people past actions and statements to determine what they'll do in the future. I can't find any past statements or actions supporting your assumption Spence won't travel. But looking at Brook past statements & actions I'd be worried about Brook pulling out of the fight.
