Wow, I hope no one was around you when you blasted out that load of hot air. Most people not named JMM agree it was a lucky punch. And Pac beat him 3 of 4 times. Knocked him down several times throughout the 4 fights. I don't blame him for avoiding Pac after he finally got lucky... but Pac was on the way to stopping him when the stoppage occurred. You are flat out delusional to suggest otherwise. And I'm a fan of both fighters. Please, you guys who try to rewrite history... you just need to stop it friend.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------

And BTW, like some have said, JMM is really grasping at straws trying to keep this same narrative going forever it seems. Talk about gloating. How much more mileage does he plan to get out of this? As for Manny, a bunch of fighters change their style, for many different reasons. And Manny is being smart afterall, he is 37 years old... over 20 years in the ring. No 'critic' should disparage a fighter for being more defensive minded, especially considering this is the final phase of his long career. Bottom line though, he certainly isn't having nightmares over the 4th fight. He's just fighting smarter. Sure, a KO would be great, but why risk it when you know a UD is coming anyway? I see no reason.
How was Marquez on steroids *******?

I don't believe in all that lucky punch BS. End of the day, if you get caught with a punch, that's YOUR FAULT! End of story.

I for one have no problem with the fight series ending with the 4th fight. In many ways, it's the best way to end it. Think about it. The first 3 could have gone either way. All 3 were controversial, with JMM always getting the short end. He's fed up with it. What does he have to do to get a win?

And then, BOOM! Pacquiao KOed, cold. No controversy there. Fight's over. Pacquiao might have won the series 2 wins to 1 loss and 1 even, but Marquez won the war. Manny could never put Marquez away or beat him convincingly, but Marquez put Manny away. Marquez proved himself and he ended the fight the way he wanted to end it and he closed it out with no controversy.

In my eyes, he never needed to give a rematch after the 4th fight.

So JMM also means Pac fans are still haunted by it judging by these posts. I bet JMM lives off the tears.

Yeah fighting going into your 40's isn't actually a good thing if you care about fighters beyond entertainment.

Exactly which is why there is sparring footage before the fight where JMM knocks down his sparring partner with the exact same punch and in the round before he KOs Pac he tries the same punch anyone who thinks it was lucky is a fool it was a beautiful shot that KOed Pac and took jim lampleys soul with it

            HE'S NOT GETTIN UP JIM!

Interesting... I rewatched JMM-Bradley earlier on tonight. LOL... So JMM followed his best win with a letdown the very next fight.

JMM-Bradley was PPV. The arena was pro-JMM, crowd was chanting his name and excited... he responds by getting clearly outboxed by Tim Bradley.

JMM is just jealous of Pac. Every PAC win eats at him. Pac has had a better career and JMM wouldn't be able to beat all the welter Pac faced.

ktfo6 did change PAC. Of course a knockout like that would have a huge impact on an older boxer. It began PAC's 5th phase

                1) Young fighter just looking to make money to eat
                2) Hiring Roach to Morales-Pac 1
                3) post Morales to ODLH
                4) ODLH to KTFO6
                5) Ktfo6 to present day

He's become more of a counter puncher. He's more patient and relies more on craftiness and experience.
His post-fight interview said it all... He wanted to be aggressive but not 'careless'. That tells you everything.

Only realgreats can come back from losses like that.
Noboidy expects poac to be the same but he's still doing gtreat like yoiu expect from an atg fighter.

But that isnt really counted as a loss. Come on, 4 attempts to do that. If your pavs kryptonite you shouldn't need 4 attempts

He's probably just not fighting Pacquiao because of the VADA testing.

PAC & Jinkee were interviewed after PAC got Ktfo6, PAC and Jinkee were both crying. The tears were flowing, and JMM saved their marriage.
