Leo's going to use his reach more this time around, throw more combos from the outside. Power will be another key in this fight. Santa Cruz lifted a lot of weights before this training camp started and he says he feels stronger and hitting harder in sparring. Frampton's in for a big surprise if he thinks he's fighting the same Leo as 5 months ago. Santa Cruz isn't the one dimensional fighter people claim he is.
Santa Cruz is extremely one dimensional. He's a tough pressure fighter with great stamina and solid power but it's nothing Frampton can not handle.

Frampton is the bigger puncher as show cased in the first fight. If Cruz is lifting heavier weights he's going to be even slower in the rematch. He's too cumbersome and ponderous. He's basically the Carl Froch of his division extremely tough and durable but when facing the genuine boxing elite is exposed for what he is.

Frampton has many sides to his game, he's fleet of foot his footwork is far superior to Cruz as is his hand speed. For all Cruz's work rate he hasn't that snapping power as he hasn't the timing of someone like Frampton.

Boxing is about levels and if Frampton fights at an higher capacity than he did before he doesn't lose a single round, if he comes in one hundred percent conditioned no injuries or viruses he even stops Cruz this time.

Ok fair points. How did you score the first fight bty?

Oh and he wasn't lifting weights during training camp it was before it started. He wanted to enter camp in beast mode.

You're talking about a fight I have not seen in six months, I've slept since then. I can't remember but I had Frampton maybe 116-112 maybe 117-113 type fight.

I'm glad he's taking camp serious, with his work rate I expect no less from him. The guy is a serious professional, I've nothing but the upmost respect for him.

Dude those are wide ass scores. Good luck with your pick.

It's going to be another Fight Of The Year candidate

Like I said it was pretty clear and conclusive, Frampton is the far superior skilled operator here. Boxing is about levels.

Repeat. I think frampton is the more skilled fighter of the two. I'm not taking anything away from leo but I don't think he can change his style too much for the rematch. Frampton on points in a close and very good fight.
