Thats a global issue, just not in the caribbean..look how the black colombians are treated, yet they are the 3rd most populated western nation with citizens of Africa heritage...and America is the epitome of this..its very annoying

I used to manage a hospitality crew and learned a lot about this. I had a Nigerian kid start his first day on dishes and my Jamaican employee who worked in the dish room told me, "I DON'T WORK WITH NO N!GG&%$!!"
I was at a loss for words. Then, a Cuban took me aside and explained the hierarchy of immigrants.
