Mind-blowing that Jackson has been openly talking about their game plans for months. That might not matter with some opponents but he's fighting the most cerebral fighter in the game. No matter how strong Kovalev is, they can't expect to just force their will on a guy who makes a career of baffling fighters.

didnt he nearly win the first fight? CLose enough to warrant a rematch, which was fairly close on the scorecards too. He had his most success in the first 3 rounds, but he had success afterwards too. And whatever you say he did a hell of a lot better than most. theres no sense in dancing to wards tune, can call me clueless but sometimes boxings more simple than made out, rough him up, hit him with hurtful shots to the body to slow him down, fight at a fast pace, and dont let this guy get into any sort of rhythm. cause once ward starts feeling comfortable in there kovalevs in real trouble...

Andre Ward is definitely more technically sound than Sergey but you know what they say power is the great equalizer lol I got Ward in this one but I wouldn't be surprised either way

Lol those type of comments you just need to completely ignore. Those type of comments just show who has been and hasn't been involved in the sport.

Jackson does seem to be a pretty good gameplanner, and Kovalev is good at carrying out those gameplans. Should be interesting to see what he has cooked up here. He's very right about the body work. Kovalev has to put that body work in early because Ward will be too elusive up top early in the fight.
