We've seen Spence hurt and stiffed by a journeyman, tagged by Algieri and Bundu.

Yet we've seen GGG, probably the most feared fighter on the planet, made to look average and get flustered like crazy as well as see Brook beating Porter without taking more than literally a handful of punches to the face.

    "Looks about equal" - That's a joke.
Yea, I get it, you're the most insecure Brook fan on the planet and will scream at anyone who doubts him (or, in my case, calls this an even fight). If you haven't noticed that I ignore you most of the time you quote me, it's because you never concede a single point and are entirely irrational about fighters you like. Be a little more reasonable and people will take you seriously.

      Skill wise Spence is superior.
Brook's resume isn't that good either honestly. His best win was against Porter though who can arguably destroy everyone Spence has fought thus far.

I don't think Spence have the experience yet. Hes been better than all his opponents thus far and havent been challenge at all.

If he lose (Spence) it will be.a while before he get another shot....

Based on his size and experience I had Brooks wining a fight against Spence when it was brought up a while back. A lot has changed since then, Spence has a little more seasoning and Brooks sustained a major injury in his defeat to GGG.

I'd have to take Spence now if they manage to negotiate a fight. Just don't see that eye holding up to someone with decent power like Spence.

Spence could get a real beating on this fight. He'll be getting what he wanted.

I don't know where people are getting the idea that brook is scared of Spence brook has never shown sign of being that kind not even one bit, khan has been running from brook, he was trying to land a fight with a top ww for a while and the only one down was vargas but he chose ggg! he's the only welter weight that will ever do that in this era not thurman not spence not many or may but he's scared of spence OK

                      - Canelo $7 million
                      - Khan $10 million
                      - Unification fight $5million minimum

                      ... Spence $2million max.

If you think it has anything to do with being scared, you are just delusional.

i think the deusional ones were brook and his team....and his fans obviously.

what were his purses against bizier, dan, and gavin? hell he only made 200k to fight porter.

the unification he had lined up with vargas, he would've made less than the 2M vargas wanted....

i guess the only delusion was team brook thinking that being beat down by ggg made them some kind of star "in demand." my guess is they reached out to cotto and canelo, and the money he thought he was worth, he wasn't. and neither cotto or canelo felt he was a big enough star for them to travel to the uk.

we know for a fact they reached out to arum, and they are no better than 5th on the list for a pacquiao fight.

so yeah, like i said, i didn't think brook was ever scared, but he probably reached out to 5 or 6 different fighters before reality forced them into this fight...and i still won't believe it's happening until it's signed and sealed.
