If youre insinuating Lou Cipher is an alt of that or any other, you may rest assured it is not the case. Lou Cipher not only accepts his baseless bans, but he triples the time of the bannings....in other words they ban Lou Cipher for a week, the day he is reinistated he bans the boards for 2 weeks. They ban Lou Cipher for a month, the day he is reinistated he bans the boards for 2 months. He then spends the banned time making lists of the website sponsors he is going to mercilessly harass once he is permanently banned, if it is not for very good reason. regardless, when Lou Cipher is not here, he is truly not here.
