Kell should had been in the big picture years earlier than this. Fighting so many stiffs has held him back. Lucky for him he has a promotional company that had made him popular for only one good win.

He should had been always seriously in the mix of bigger name fights if he would had stepped it up sooner.

Him against Pac is an interesting fight
