No it's not. A mover is not the one to give him problems. Throwing mainly 1-2's isn't going to get it done either. If GGG wants to make it dirty and get inside on him, Lara's not going to win that game either.

If it's not such a bad style matchup why is GGG camp mum on the situation. I'm not saying Lara wins that fight because GGG does have a equalizer in his power. With that said for the same reasons Golden Boy didn't want Canelo to take the Lara fight is probably GGG handlers don't want to bother. Not the fear of GGG losing but the fact it's a bad style and if Lara can handle the power, he could pull it out on points.

I'm not on the team so how would I know? And Loeffler did reach out which means they aren't so "mum." Lara's style is one GGG has seen so many times in the amateurs and the fact that Lara still kind of fights like one surely isn't going to give him many problems. And even if Lara is able to take the power, I doubt he throws enough to even get by on points. I'm sure they've become aware of people getting annoyed at them fighting smaller men so why would they pursue him, even if he is better than the rest? How much credit would he really receive from beating him? Don't me wrong, I wouldn't mind seeing the fight. I've tweeted Tom about it before. Lara has gone both ways saying he wants the fight to then saying he wants to stay at 154 and rack up defenses. And don't even get me started on DeCubas.

Eubank Jr, Saunders, Kell Brook in the UK. Willing to fight Jacobs in his Home Country and State. Willing to fight Canelo in Texas. U keep watching Canelo break his ***** hands vs weak opponents.

He sing the contract and brings PPV money. What about Lara?Wade was a mandatory, something Lara can do by beating Jacobs.

Lara brings pedigree and credibility to his resume, which will be equal to higher ppv and bigger leverage in future big fight negotiations. Right now GGG is being low balled by Canelita because he aint done shieet, aint beat no one.

Yawl tend to forget that Lara is one of the two names that bring pedigree and legitimacy to Canelo's resume (don't count Mayweather coz he lost the fight), if GGG were to beat Lara more convincingly than Canelo did, there would be even more pressure on Canelo to make the fight.

You can't justify GGG ducking Lara because of high risk/low reward theory and yet push for Canelo to fight GGG when GGG is exactly that to Canelo and uses the same reasons to duck other fighters.
