Is Ward doing something Floyd never did on the 19th?

he's fighting a top 3 P4P fighter IN HIS PRIME!!!

not sure if Corrales was ranked that high at the time but other than him I can't think of anyone Floyd fought in their primes as good as kovalev(or highly ranked at least)

so why all the hate for Ward? is it just GGG fans hating on him? I love watching GGG fight but Ward deserves a ton of credit for this upcoming fight.

According to them, he was "forced to". When asked to explain this illogical statement they can only regurgitate a bunch of contradictory nonsense that's essentially pablum for the feeble minded.

Ward could have taken a number of different routes but he took the toughest fight possible, and did it in an intelligent way by talking 1 year to acclimate to the division. That really pisses off the detractors who want him to be disadvantaged in this fight.

This right here. Enough of the Kell Brook vs GGG, Khan vs Canelo. People need to respect divisions properly and have (I can't believe how this is gonna sound but) yes essentially "tune up fights" to be able to be competitive in that division. There are exceptions for some fighters, Loma/Crawford I know, but when you have a chin of china and you go straight for Canelo and got put away by Prescott. Let's be honest. Was only going to end one way.

why exactly does prime matter if the guy is still top 5 pfp? obviously it still means theyre pretty damn good

whats better a top 5 pfp guy past prime.. or a guy in his prime not even top 10?

SOG is some of the last crop of fighters that want to dish the punishment and not get fed leather!

                  You Want War!!

Sage Mayweather fighting the top 4 p4p KO monster in Corrales and moved up to face thee Man at 135 in the savy, rugged and underrated body puncher in Castillo as his debut in the division is comparable!

Mayweather has 4 wins in prime champions in Corrales, Castillo, Hatton and Maidana!

Ward has 2 prime champions in Froch and Kessler and now facing Kovalev so that'll soon make 3!

It's good and SOG fears NO MAN
