Having done what all gold medalist olympians should do, usyk got himself to world level as soon as possible and outclassed a top fighter in glowacki, estabilishing himself as the number 1 in the division after just 9 fights. With the immense skill he has, i believe that usyk could estabilish himself as one of the greatest cruiserweights ever. But as with all cruisers, the step up to heavyweight will always be tempting. At 6 ft 3 is usyk big enough to compete in this era of giant heavyweights? And how do people think usyk would fare against the great cruiserweights in history?

Idk how he does weight, sooner or later he will move to HW and it wont be easy to be great there but i wish him luck, also there is couple of dangerous CWs ,but everybody on NSB is sure that he is unbeatable,im notsold on him yet. -

Definitely going to be interesting to watch Usyk over the next 5-6 years & see what goes down. I do suspect he'll be called up to HW at some point if he becomes half as successful as OP suspects at CW thus his success or failure with that HW run will define him more as far as his future greatness is considered.
As for me its far too early for me to say yay or nay on his future greatness. He's only had 1 fight & he's gonna need several more before I can have more of an opinion.Comment

Solid all around, fights like a boxing purists wet dream!
Great jab, reflexes and his countering is on point!
Technically gifted as well, I can see him beating them all if his chin holds up!
Glowacki is one of the hardest hitters at cruiserweight so he might be able to clear them all!
Think pressure fighters like Lebedev or monster power punchers like Gassiev could give him guys!
Glowacki was just following him all night and getting beat to the punch everytime!
Would love to see him vs any champ or top contendersComment

yeah he looks the real deal thats for sure, been watching him since the WSB days and his head movement is unreal. I just not sure what happens if he goes to heavyweight, cause all the head movement in the world wont help when one of them huge guys just leans on him and tires him out, although perhaps he has the footwork to stop that from happening. BUt cruiser is such an unglamorous division that im not sure he'll ever get huge acclaim for staying there and beating everyone.Solid all around, fights like a boxing purists wet dream!

Even though I hate your username and don't really like your take on the Can Crushing King's situation I respect the fact you follow a cruiserweight, a cruiserweight at that that fights like a pure boxer and not some all action Knockout hypeman!!yeah he looks the real deal thats for sure, been watching him since the WSB days and his head movement is unreal. Kudos to you, cruiserweight is one of the best divisions in boxing and arguably the most underrated division as well!
The best fight the best there, no excuses and they almost all can crack and want to fight each other!Comment
