  • It's Just 1 Fight!...Is 60/40 Fair To Jacobs?

Can we see Triple G Vs Jacobs? Is 60/40 a reasonable split between the two? This seems to be the only thing holding the fight up...if it goes to purse bid how do you see it playing out?...I'm not sure but I think for just 1 fight and against an opponent that would be the toughest to date...a 60/40 split is not unfair...Jacobs is WBA champion as well and gets good support at the Barclays...they could do it there or at MSG...I mean that's still 20 percent more for Golovkin...

Golovkin is one of the faces of boxing right now, so I can see their dilemma in cutting it so close with Jacobs. Not gonna pretend I got the answer here, Jacobs really is a nobody, and Golovkin's stock has likely risen from the very successful fight vs Brook. What was it, 600k PPV's?

Jacobs was reportedly offered 1.7 millions and said no, according to Motorcity Cobra (GGG Hater) so you know he was offered at least 30/35% (of the total purse, in case the moron of Paulie Walnuts who can't read properly tries again to teach me maths).

Jacobs doesn't deserve 40%.... neither his ratings or his resume/accomplishments suggest that he does either. It's up to Golovkin's team if they want to give him more than the 25% he is entitled to under the WBA rules. Other than Canelo I don't see where else Jacobs can make this much money...... forget the Quillin fight, that had to be a huge loss for PBC and showtime so he might as well pretend that fight didn't happen.

Golovkin will have to make concessions eventually but not for Danny flipping Jacobs, it's not like it will be a win that you can't immediately discredit seeing as he is China chinned.

Isn't it worth seeing a quality fight between the 2 best middleweights?...Number 1 and 2 at the weight?...If the fight falls through is there a better willing opponent for triple g?...i mean i don't wanna see triple g in another fight with some guy i never heard of...or some guy from a lower weight class or 2...
