Totally agree. Walters is not someone Lomanchenko should be looking thru. This just makes me look forward to Thanksgiving weekend even more. I'm totally hoping this is a war that takes Hi Tech's ego down a notch or two, however it turns out.

This would be such a great fight, instant classic. Two of the greatest technicians to ever lace up the gloves. I think manny should first clean out the welterweigjt division starting with vargas and then fighting the winner of thurman and danny garcia and then maybe hopefully lure back mayweather to get his revenge with a healthy shoulder abd beat him decicively this time and by that time loma should be a big star and a legit 140 lber and manny could go out with a **** or even just retire. We can all dream lol but really he should at least try to unify the titles at 147

Bob ain't gonna keep paying Loma all that money and he can't fill a high school basketball gym. Just like when Loma was talking about unifying and Bob made him move up so Valdez can get that belt. Bob is gonna make Loma earn his keep.

Ego? Dafuq you talking about. Last time reporters asked Lomachenko who he wants next, he kept saying "No, No. Walters first. No other fighters until after".

The man is just seeking greatness.

Starting with Tim Bradley, Arum has tried to feed Paquiao to his up & coming stars & he has failed every time. But this is the dumbest I've heard. He'll get his guy killed by Paquiao at 135.

If Manny drained himself to make 135, it would be De la Hoya all over again.

Perhaps, and I'll be the first to admit I haven't followed every last bit of media coverage available on the fight, but I still want to see Loma try to find distance for his speed and tricks against a naturally longer Walters who prefers chopping shots from the inside. That's dafuq I'm talking about, it'll be great.

He basically said he'll need time to properly move up in weight if the fight has to be above 135.
He has to beat Walters first. Let's not look past that fight.
Everybody is disrespecting Walters. Some rankings don't even have him in the top 10 at Super Featherweight which is a complete joke since Walters can most likely beat most of the top guys there.

Not the same scenario as both Loma and Rigo can make 126. A fight that should be more pressing than any other for Loma.
