Arum won't make that fight if he's not sure that the young fighter has a great chance to win the fight, Pacquiao beating on Lomachenko is the last thing Arum wants because Lomachenko is his future, Pacquiao will retire soon and if he beats up Lomachenko, it's a lose lose situation. I think at 135 the fight is kinda even, at 140 I'd clearly favor Pacquiao. It'd still be a great fight though at 140.

I'd prefer Lomachenko vs Mikey Garcia at 135 and Pacquiao vs Crawford over that one though.
