Well i am sure Vargas is getting some kinda cut on the PPV so him talking up the fight even if it brings in 100 more viewers, thats $ in his pocket so you cant blame him.

He didnt get stripped. Ali was mandatory and Bradley chose the Pacquiao trilogy over the WBO belt. Vargas won the belt fair and square and will beat Pacquiaos ass.

so when you don't fight your mandatory you get stripped. What's the difference you're referring to? Let's be realistic, vargas didn't deserve to be mandatory because Bradley whooped him their entire fight. Vargas landed 1 lucky punch and it didn't even drop Bradley. As far as winning his belt fair and square, its a joke that he and Ali should fight for a vacant world title when there are 10 other welterweights better than both of them. And people love to say how Bradley "schooled" Vargas but it wasnt a 12-0 shut out, anyone that thinks that dksab or didnt watch the fight. I was more like 9-3 with a couple competitive rds or 8-4. Vargas never gave up and it was his first damn fight at 147 against arguably the #2 WW in the world. & yes I am Mexican but I am taking other things into conisderation beyond that, Pacquiaos 38, Vargas is 5 inches taller/ longer, and hes coming in with momentum.

it is unjust when you consider that Bradley wasn't fighting Ali to fight Manny pacquiao instead...A more established and better opponent. Vargas in no way should be getting welter weight title shots over guys like Spence, Thurman, Porter, etc. As far as the fight vs Bradley 9-3 was about right and 8-4 if you're being overly generous, that's really not very competitive.
And what momentum is vargas coming in with? He's won 1 fight in a row and it was his only ko in about 5 yrs. The only reason he has a belt and the only reason he's landed this fight is because there will always be a Mexican fan base that will for some reason believe that a fighter like vargas is better than what he is. Bottom line is belt or not, he's not a top welter and 38 or not, pac will be able to beat vargas because vargas is not a young version of Marquez like he delusionaly believes. He's more like a Raul Marquez.
