While far different from the norm, I see nothing wrong with going through with exercises to keep the mind sharp.

I guess it has something to do with keeping a mind sharp when physically tired. I have never given it much thought before, but I can see why it could be beneficial.
We have all done some weird sh|t when tired. Just the other day I found my car keys in my freezer.

The only guy I've ever seen able to do that tennis ball drill really well was Tszyu. Dude just knocked it round like it was a double end bag. Amazing when you see how much other top guys struggle just to hit it twice in a row cleanly.

Their mind exercises to keep the mind sharp and for focus.
I wish they would stop letting Seckbach film them while training.
