those guys were way above him and that time and it was being clueless as to how he would even defeat them but he beat them so well it was god like haha.

those were the days. now he's just fighting C level fighters and not even able to knock em down.

Yes. Age creeps up on them all. I was hoping he'd stay retired. Not that he doesn't have fight left in him but I think he's dragging it out. What does a win over Vargas prove anyway? I really hope he didn't blow all of his money.

When Muhammad Ali beat George Foreman, that sealed the deal that he's the greatest fighter in the history of boxing. To face that kind of an opponent, with that kind of reputation, at such an advanced age and in those circumstances,, then to not only beat but become the only person to knock out Foreman, which was then then further enhanced by Foreman's remarkable 90's renaissance....... No fighter could ever top that

he should have retired after the Mayweather fight or atleast knock someone out who is atleast very well known.

he has money already no doubt especially he is a politician in the Philippines. it's more of being tied up with Arum.

Maybe he isn't an ATG, but the win of Nunn over Kalambay has to be one of the most impressive wins ever, no one ever had an easy night with Sumbu besides Nunn.
For Hearns i have to say the Duran win, he was the only of the big 4 to have an easy night with Duran.
And for Sweat Pea, even though it was a draw, his fight with Julio Cesar Chavez proved his greatness.

Yeah. I can't say I'm thrilled about Saturday's fight, but who knows? Maybe they'll surprise us.

Is this a comparison? Ah, I can't see that. There's a decent size difference, but the smaller man can hit and the bigger man can't. It may be the opposite of that. Haha.
