Yes, Brook does, that's why he took 3 horrible fights once he won the belt.
Brook is a bit overrated in my opinion. I think Spence has the better punch selection, power, and could possibly stop Brook.

Arum would rather make an in-house fight.

Yet he offered both Garcia and broner the fight for 4 mill, which was an extremely fair offer. Brook is obviously IMO a much better fighter than either of them, but on the flip side more popular too.

I also think it's hilarious that somehow brook is afraid of spence after fighting GGG. After taking that fight he clearly isn't afraid of anything.
