2016 the worst ppv rip off year.... Canela vs khan and canela vs smith both rip offs!!!

Manny vs bradley3 and manny vs vargas both ppv ripoffs as well!!!

Pbc is the only promoter who gave us great fights for free and $6 on showtime.........

I was as disappointed in a third Pacquiao-Bradley fight as anyone else, but past the unwanted main event which still turned into a great fight between the top welterweights after Floyd, was an action packed undercard and overall just a great night of boxing. Pacquiao-Vargas to a lesser degree will also be a fun night of boxing. I don't care for Pacquiao fighting the likes of Crawford at this point because I've wanted the ***er to retire since Bradley to ride into the sunset with a victory. Pacquiao is past the point of wars with young monsters(although eventually he will be used as a launcher for Crawfords career) and it's not even about that, right now Arum is just using him as a platform to build his young guns.

Those PPVs were not good - but nobody forces anyone to buy them . Just another symptom of bad state of boxing.

PBC 2016 has been some good, some bad. What bugs me is the quantity of fights and the inactivity of the best boxers. With 200+ fighters there should be way more cards

First Schaefer and now Arum. Oscar has lost the PR battle. The narrative Is Canelo ducked Golovkin.

Now all that's left is to make the fight and get taken clean out.

So Richard Schafer isn't blocking these two anymore and there is still no work between them. That's what I thought.

They made Postol vs Matthysse, Provodnikov vs Matthysse, Sadam Ali vs Vargas.

What fight do you want them to do when Schaefer took all GBP fighters with him and handed them over to Haymon? Name fights that they should have made and compare it with what PBC/Showtime should have made with absolutely zero issues.

exactly! Thats been haymons plan for 2 years and it will happen sooner than later.... He always wanted to flood the market with free boxing to diminish the ppv model... Thats why oscarina and rob are mad at him

manny is not a 5 year old baby sir! No one is forcing manny the money hungry politician to fight....

He loves to fight easy fights for money... Thats why he fought bradley 3 and vargas.....

If he wants to retire he can retire he is a grown man...

No promoter can force you to train and get in the dam ring.....

Excuse me.... Kirkland was and still a dangerous fighter for anyone. I agree with Angulo but Rios is as skilled but with less drive. But point is Vargas PAC is there with Canelo Smith but no better.

Arum spot on as always. Only time people dislike him is when he's being a cutthroat businessman. But otherwise, he tells it how it is. When Pac's PPV didn't do well and sold 450k PPVs, Arum didn't sugarcoat and said it ******. When Canelo's PPV sold less than 300k, Golden Boy went on how proud they were of the sales figures. And the Pac's purses were only slightly higher.
