Can't reinvent the fighter. Wasn't a power puncher at super middleweight and certainly hasn't proved he can punch at light heavyweight. In my mind Ward's only chance is to run and gun against Kovalev and if he can't take Crushers pounding it may not got 12.If he can handle Kovalevs power than maybe a win by decision

Well i think Ward should not put on to mutch weight because he needs to be fast and mobile to beat Kovalev. Those extra-muslces wont give him any advantage because hes no puncher anyway.

"Beast mode" is for knockout artists and boxer-punchers. "Top form" is for the rest.

lol @ the people saying Ward doesnt look good. These are not weigh in pics where hes dry to the bone. And the man is 32 years old for crying out loud. As you get older you store a lil more fat than you did in your 20s. Ward looks damn good for a fighter less than 2 weeks out. Perfect time in his career to have moved up. There shouldnt be any excuses from either side.
