IBF #2 heavyweight contender Kubrat Pulev (23-1, 14 KOs) will face former WBC heavyweight champion Samuel Peter (36-5, 29 KOs) on December 3 in Sofia, Bulgaria.

According to Bulgarian media, the winner of this fight will be approved as official IBF heavyweight title challenger for current champion Anthony Joshua (17-0, 17 KOs).

Sam Peter's handlers are doing him no favors by putting him in with a top 15 HW. Peter has been out of the game for many years and throwing him in with a top HW is just gonna get him hurt.
