Bo Mac basically admitted this is a cherry pick. He kept saying Molina is tailor made for Crawford. You can't fight Hank Lundy and then turn around and say Diaz brings nothing to the table in term of marketability.

Its an easy gimmie fight, but the opponent is coming off a big enough win that they have a strong case for making the fight.

Pretty much. It's definitely not a good fight, but it's fine as an in-between before he takes on someone better. Considering Molina is treated as a big fight by a lot of fighters, using him as a busy fight can't be considered too bad.
