if other fighters stepping up from 154 are to go by, lets not expect to see charlo v golovkin until 2020. Lets hope he doesnt start making his own weight class, winning a catchweight belt calling out golovkin, then vacating and then stepping back down to jr middle, then saying hes too big for it but that he needs to time to grow into his physique at middleweight, and a way in which he is considering doing it is by rematching a smaller fighter that he beat the first team comfortably. lets hope its more straightforward than that
I love the idea of the top 154ers coming to 160. They all walk into ring heavier than ggg. But it won't get me too excited because they will fiddle their thumbs to wait until ggg is too old or is at 168. That's just how it'll work.
