Why is Anthony Joshua so over-hyped?

He's overrated when people talk about him as the best HW on the planet... Which is ridiculous when you consider he's been fighting opponents who have ***** **** and who are former football players turned boxers.
He's no better, nor more accomplished, than Wilder, Klitschko or Fury, Povetkin and even Joseph Parker at least has a win over Takam.Comment

The guy hits hard and can certainly box. He is one of the few guys today that have adapted better from ams to pros. Plus, with how thin the division is these days, even with 17 pro fights against a string of nobodies, he is certainly a top 3-5 guy.Comment

No one has been able to withstand his punches thus far.
There are few heavyweights on the planet who could go 12 rounds with him, and they might never be the same again after the damage they would suffer.
The best way to beat Joshua is to knock him out, and the earlier the better.Comment

There's nothing wrong and no harm in hyping him. Olympic champ and guys like wlad rate him as future of the division.
If he don t fulfil potential no prioblemComment

Real boxing fan's can see he's all hype, he's a bodybuilder who is still learning his way in the boxing world, he does not have real natural talent, he looks forced and is very flat footed.
That doesnt mean i hate on the guy, he's great for the hw division, i think he can improve and he could possibly even unify the division if he continues to improve and duck the real threats in the years to come..
At this moment in time i would pick at least 5 guys to KO him though:
Povetkin
Ortiz
Wilder
Haye
FuryComment

He has an entire machinery behind him whether it be on the promoting side or the media.
Its only the Matchroom fans/casuals who fall for it.Comment
