Look at Slick Ricky coming back saying all this sensible ****.

That said the reality, like it or not, is the golden rule in boxing is the guy with the gold makes the rules & there is no debating GBP & Canelo have the gold in this situation. Thus we don't see the fight we wanna see when we wanna see it once again. Money rules boxing more than boxing fans wants on a level like it never has & if they can make a penny more on this fight in a year or two &/or can improve Canelo's chances on winning by 1% by pushing back the fight they will.

and do NSB posters again need to remind you of empirical merit regarding Alvarez' accomplishment over ggg's resume?

Who on GGGs resume are equal to Alvarez's resume, including a 152 risk for Floyd?
It means nothing that he had a fight against Floyd. Because he not only lost, but lost convincingly.
By your theory Robert Guerrero should get more if he fought GGG.
Name one legit opponent Canelo has beat convincingly. Khan doesn't count!

The subscription channel in the Phillipines alone paid $10 Million. 700 k ppv buys at 20 each at 1.4 to equate to $19.6 million. 312 k views at $50 from Australia thats another $15.5Million. 3 countries and the international purse is already $45 million. Just 3 countries.
Lmao yea you have no idea what you are talking about, those countries currency do not equal to what the us does, and your numbers are highly flawed considering you trying compare Floyd/PAC to a canelo/ggg fight which more then likely will do cotto/canelo numbers or just a little better won't even come close to 2mil ppv buys in us

99% of the money will be coming from the US. Who is bigger in the US is all that matters.
He doesn't deserve a bigger share. But Canelo doesn't deserve anything like the 70-75% split, which is what some of these clowns think is a fair offer.

I think you are confusing the terms "netted" & "grossed". 1.3B gross seems reasonable. 1.3B profit for just HBO & Showtime would be crazy high.

right...so the fight with Floyd doesn't mean anything because it was a 152 catch and sanctioned as THE LINEAL bout along with the belts at stake..

again, what Risk has Gennady taken against a p4p? let me guess, ''Ward ducked'' right?

Like I said i am under no illusion that it does that many buys. And if you see i converted the £ figure. because at the time £1 was equal to $1.4 and at the time the Aus $ was at US $0.5 and the Philipines paid in US$ not their currency.

I'm sorry you're right. But the fact still remains it generated more internationally than in the US and the argument was that it didnt do anything overseas.
