Zurdo will be the class of the division and the only possible A level fighter there currently.
Yea it make me sad watching Sturm,i think Jack have some class in him,i can be wrong doe.Agree on Zurdo

Really hard to know how good he is except that he is good.

I agree that it seems he has missed out on a stage of development. Even that Porky Medina would be a good test for him at this stage, or Murray, even Periban, Groves?

I don't really get it. Seems like a shot in the dark to stick him in there with DeGale or Jack. He probably doesn't know enough to beat them.

Well if he's anything like his brothers then he's most likely gonna be nothing more than a b side for good fighters and a good domestic winning fighter...

Groves tried getting in on the final eliminator vs Smith if i recall correctly but neither Hearn or the Smith team wanted it or maybe Groves was just talking BS but that is a fight i would have loved.

Totally agreed. Rogelio Medina or Martin Murray would be great measuring sticks. George Groves would be a serious step up.

Yeah Groves would be a proper step-up if he beat Groves that would be a strong indicator that he is a quality fighter.

I definitely wouldn't put money on Smith at this stage in his career.

Smith has an awesome physique for a boxer - very tall and long for his weight. but strong too. He looks great when he's letting punches go, but is too easy to hit for my liking.

With those physical gifts, he shouldn't be easy to hit at all, quite the opposite, in fact. If I was handling him I would hold him back from going for world titles and work on his defence. He's still a young kid, no need to rush at it.

Someone like Love would be good start to rise level a little beat,i think his guard is pretty Solid, but his Jab is meh,not sharp not strong, and he get lazy with it,imo his offens will be toothless vs better comp.

if you mean that he is not useing his size good and thats why he is easy to hit,you are right imo.

This is one of the few situations where I haven't liked how Hearn has managed a fighter. I felt he was on a good track, but his opponents since the Fielding fight have been disappointing and I feel he isn't progressing like he should be as they wait for a title shot. He should have at least been fighting guys like Blackledge or that dude Groves KO'd before the Murray fight, now whenever he takes on a top level opponent it's going to be a big step up. I could see a Murray fight making sense, what about someone like Bursak, Gutknecht or Doberstein, legit Euro level guys that should at least push him to improve.
