You never know for sure. Often the judges are completely fair and just as often they are not fair. If the judges favor a boxer it would be the house fighter, Loma.

I doubt Arum was sincere. He was just as outraged by the Manny/bradley 1 score but found got 3 fights out of that bad scoring. How lucky.

Walters/Sosa scoring almost seemed like punishment for him not making 126 against Marriaga.

Why keep bringing up scoring in non Arum fights in a thread about scoring in an Arum promoted fight. It seems whenever an Arum fighter is near the end of his contract, strange scores appear.
I doubt he wanted Bradley to best Manny. Hell he has the Nevada government investigate it. You say he got 3 figs but look how many million he lost on the third fight. The pac Marquez fights were so close why wouldn't he have fixed one of those?

He got 2 extra fights because of the bad score in the 1st one. he didn't lose any money. everything after the 1st fight was gravy.

Manny/JMM 1 was a legit draw. 2 and 3 were close. Pac/bradley 1 and Walters/Sosa were horrible scorecards across the board that can't be explained rationally.

that's bs both guys are top rank fighters.walters is one of arum's best fighters with an undefeated record.the judges didn't favor loma against salido which was a really close fight.I don't see the judges favoring any guy here.

I'm not worried about the judges. Walters will get his fair shake if he deserves to win.

Cotto was dominating the fight untill eha ccumulation of the probably loaded gloves took it's toll on him, disfigured his face and wore him down, Cotto got hit with many more legit power punches against Mosley and Judah who punch harder than Margarito especially Mosley and didn't get disfigured the same way he was against Margarito. Margarito's hand wraps were cut after the fight because of how hard they are, wraps never get cut no matter how hard you hit. margarito lost all his fights by KO or TKO after he got caught against Mosley. he was a very ordinary fighter after that fight for a reason despite him going into the fight as a 6-1 favorite. The man wasn't **** without his bricks.
this is not an honest way of spinning things. floyd demanded a 20 million guarantee. arum said no way in hell he could guarantee that. you know who also couldn't guarantee that? hoya and golden boy as floyd's guarantee for the hoya fight was only 10 million. not the 20 he had just asked for.

a guarantee is just a mimimum. you are conflating guarantee with total gross. no promoter in boxing would guarantee floyd that much at that time and he knew it(hence why he accepted the 10 million) it was just a way of getting out of certain fights(cotto, marg) i'll fight them if you give me something impossible=i wont fight them

add to that his weak opposition since moving to 147, his retirement when they were the top guys, and his contradictory motto of being money mayweather and fighting whoever made him the most money(cept when it was those guys he fought lesser guys for less money) and there is a mountain of evidence showing he just didn't want to fight certain guys.

Stop downplaying Margo's win of Cotto.
