You got damn right! I call him the Mexican Golem cuz nobody can break him!!!!!.

He'll punch with you to get his, fight till his last breath, and always brings it!!

True ****ing warrior somebody Canela would only dream of to be!

Doesn't play bizness man like Triple B!

Goes in there and takez them out like last nights garbage!

Beat Loma, Juanma, ring side dr saved Mikey Garcia, Judges saved Vargas, Guerrero, his injury saved Miura, and Loma low balling Salido saved him from catching his 2nd L!!

Was thrown to the wolves when he was very green and still went at his craft like a mad dog!!

Much respect for a guy who just doesn't get his dues enough in a cherry picking and bidznessman era in boxing!!

It was always said those that don't fit the times or era of their life don't get appreciated enough and is very valuable! That's Siri!!

      War Salido!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of my favourites of this era for sure.

His two fights with Juanma Lopez were amazing.

Remember seeing him against JMM. I didn't think much of him, but now, he's one of my favorites to watch and has been for awhile.

Who else thinks he was on his way to breaking Mikey Garcia down before the nose injury? At least really complicating things for Mikey down the stretch.

Definitely would have liked to see them finish that fight. I understand the reasoning behind them stopping it given Salido was down on the cards, but it would have definitely been interesting in the later rounds.

that fight was definitely getting interesting, that's for sure. i lost some respect for garcia after that stunt. it just goes to show the heart that salido has. he was getting demolished for the first half of that fight but there's zero quit in the dude.

I will say this about Salido, doesn't matter who the opponent is, he is coming to take you to war. Pretty much the definition of a "fan friendly" fighter. Hope he can get healthy because there are some great fight to be had at 130. Really want to see him fight Miura and have rematches with Vargas and Lomachenko. Salido is a true warrior and has been in probably a dozen classic fights over the years, hopefully there are many more to come!
