If it was a Pacquiao of 2009 - 2010 I would favor Pacquiao, but he is already 38 years old and passed his prime. and GGG can make weight of 154 easily, on how he was 2 pounds under middleweight against Kell brook then rehydrate back to 165+, Pac has nothing to prove against Canelo, GGG, or any other welterweights.
