Depends on who he was fighting. As I recall, there wasn't much chat or even media coverage of his farewell fight vs Berto. Floyd retired and it was barely news outside of the hardcore base.

Pacquiao is retiring and I'm going to support him all the way, and also I want him to retire with his health intact, he has nothing to prove and already he is still fighting a big, strong, and young fighter in Vargas which just shows to show how much of a legend he is.

You're the one who is asking where his fan base are when his fan base is well intact. You are saying as if Mayweather fans abandoned him for because none talked about Mayweather vs Berto.

I'm a big Pac fan but if the opponent that he's facing isn't intriguing for me I won't order the fight.

I didnt pay for Pac vs Algeiri, Rios, Bradley III and I won't be paying for Pac vs Vargas.
