    How Dangerous is Boxing?

This video really makes an interesting perspective on the sport. Thought provoking.

This guy is just using boxing to further his political agenda...not that his points aren't somewhat valid, but what exactly makes boxing anyone's 'only' option to better themselves? Some people don't like boxing simply cuz it involves people purposely trying to hurt each other...not because they want to stop people from getting money or bettering themselves. That piece must have been written before the nba and nfl blew up.

Less dangerous than America's law enforcement. You could have 7 Eubank's pounding on a dude in the ring, rules, gloves, still doesn't top the Rodney King beating. Anybody remember Barrera vs Nas, when Nas fumbled to the canvas with Marco. A 6'7" state trooper entered the corner telling Barrera to calm himself... WTF!!!!!

Very dangerous. 2 deaths over the last 18 months or so. Several severe brain injuries, one in the UK leading to a fighters career coming to a pre mature end and a tonne of injuries that go undocumented across the world that turn able bodied men into mumbling, bumbling messes.

                    It's a dangerous, dangerous sport.
