Yeah you're right, Haymon should put his best fighters against one another on free T.V with no contracts in place and no money coming back.
But in the same time span.. HBO and Goldenboy has done nothing but put on bullcrap fights and make fans pay for them via PPV...
lol.. good callComment

[QUOTE=big_james10;17149378]I find it amazing that PBC announces a fight that is better than anything that has or will appear on PPV in all of 2016 and people on this site are *****ing because it is not on free TV.
You should be grateful that you are not being asked to pay $60 to watch the %&#!^* fight![/QUOTE
Sorry this fight has nothing on Ward vs Kovalev. That puts two top 5 P4P guys against eachother. Danny and Keith are just two top WWs. I don't get some of you people, just want something to b**** about rather than just enjoy boxing wether it's on HBO or a PBC card.]Comment

Just seems dumb to me that people on here claim to be boxing fans but complain so much about this promoter or that promoter, HBO, PBC. Shut up stop b**ching and enjoy the sport rather than cry like a bunch of panzies and look forward to some great fights coming up.Comment

That's what everyone suspected, but I doubted he feared Porter because I have always seen Porter with basic caveman style. After seeing the Porter fight, Thurman did have reason for the hesitation. Porter was not an easy opponent. Shawn wasn't brawling, he used in-and-out defensive/offensive tactics, which made the fight very close.
However, Thurman is not Mattysse or Guerrero. He doesn't stand in exchanges longer than a split second. Garcia lands his unseen punches during trades and when he's trying to survive. None of that will happen with Thurman in front of him.
I'll be betting all my points, and just leave some. Remind me one week before the fight. Thurman beats Garcia. Most likely by KO.Last edited by al-Xander; 10-26-2016, 01:26 PM.Comment
