Perhaps it's true -- Haymon wants to knock Broner off. He keeps trying but dude is resilient.

So glad for these fights. Throw in a possible Crawford fight on Dec. 10 and Joshua, and who can complain? Sure, not all of these matchups are the best (Garcia-Vargas) but even that has a great card with it.

I don't think he is trying to knock him off, i think he is trying to get him to take the sport seriously. He may never reach the level some suggested years ago, but if he gets it together he can still have a heck of a career.

This is a tough comeback fight but the reward for winning it could be substantial-possibly even Manny.

I hope Granados takes a stay busy fight in between this. Haymon loves feeding inactive fighters to his stars...

It's really a shame. Wasted talent. But damn entertaining. I'm always down to watch Broner get knocked off but I'm concerned that if he loses this time, he may turn suicidal (again). Seriously.

Pbc fanboys when ask what happened to pbc *crickets chirping*
pbc fanboys? i thought people who liked having fights 3 or 4 times a week were just boxing fan boys in general. all this talk about pbc dying why do u guys never bring up hbo and how its basically ppv or nothing. if this was hbo thurman vs garcia would be ppv without an absolute doubt. u guys buy to much into the ring magazine writers whose agenda is anti pbc pro gbp/hbo and also dan rafael who is known to hate pbc because they wont give him press pass to their events. why u guys take these ring mag writers to heart ill never understand or why u want to see pbc fail which is really our last chance as boxing fans ill never get either.

the only fan boys are the anti pbc fan boys. what exactly are u mad about anyway?

Garcia has had only 2 KO's in his last 7 fights so I seriously doubt he can stop Thurman. Garcia would have to get to Thurman's susceptible body which is Thurman's weakest point.

like many on NSB, he is worried that PBC might fix things and get it right. He also seems upset broner is taking on a better guy than Burns for his return fight. A win might give broner a boost.
