My Top 10 is (In no Particular Order):

    Henry Armstrong
    Muhammad Ali
    Sugar Ray Leonard
    Manny Pacquiao
    Willie Pep
    Roy Jones
    Mike Tyson
    Joe Louis
    Roberto Duran

Good list. Roberto Duran and Julio Cesar Chavez could go up on that list a little bit. Maybe flip with Roy and Mike. Pep and Manny could switch and it would still be ok or stay. All great fighters that did so much for boxing.

Mayweather is top 10, Pacquaio maybe top 25, but how the **** can your rank Pacquaio higher than Mayweather
Pacquaio's best wins Marquez, De La Hoya, and Cotto
Mayweather beat Marquez easier, He beat a bigger De La Hoya, and he beat a bigger Cotto
And plus they fought and Mayweather won

And I'm not sure how you can have Tyson top 10, Tyson wouldn't be a top 10 heavyweight

ODLH is one of Pacquiao's best wins...?

Besides the point, Manny fought a fresher JMM, a fresher Cotto, and stopped Oscar.

How so can neither be top 20? WE can argue that neither can be top 10 but that is a different thing. Pacquiao did what none did before moving up in 12 weight classes while being a champion in eight different weight class while being the lineal in five different weight classes, fought in one of the most competetive featherweight eras in boxing history all awhile beating the three mexican legends along with others in his resume, how can that not be top 20 Material?

Floyd also, great resume, moved up in five weight classes, fought in a great era of welterweights and have very good people oin his resume while being a lineal champ in 4 weight classes and also defending his belt ten times, how can that not be top 20 material?

Its my opinion, thats how so. Neither one of them would have done half of what they did when there was one champion per division. People are too flippant about all time greatness. I could write a novel on why they arent in the top twenty but it would be a waste of my time. They were incredible fighters and I loved watching them both, Ill leave it at that.
