Umm because maybe because Pacquiao kept that hair style of his that is like a bush? You are comparing a picture of much younger in the lower weights Pacquiao with a clean hair cut to an older Pacquiao who obviously has increase in facial muscles due to weight increase with a very bushy haircut.

can you show me where his head double in size and not some pictires taken at different angles with different style hair cut. look at his recent pictures with his new cut and tell me his head is big in those pictures.

Good god, there are some severely ****** people on this site... A rare byproduct of severe and extended growth hormone use is a distended abdomen, and bone thickening in the forehead and jaw (bone, not muscle). None of which Manny exhibits. Neither does he have the smooth skin that comes from GH use.
