Can some1 pls explain Pacquiao HeadSize??

For those of you who say there is no proof of Pacquiao PEDs how can you explain his dramatic increase in headsize in his late 20s early 30s
I mean unless he has a gigantic parasite worm sapping his brain and causing his brain to swell i dont see how his headsize could possibly almost double in size just over 2-3 years from natural causes

I aint tryna take away credit from Pacquiao, great fighter atg legend, but how can any1 deny his PED usage?

It seems either before the ODLH or Ricky Hatton fight he started juicing

Please point me to the evidence that PEDs cause skull size growth.

So you show a photo of him at featherweight looking like skeletor with no flesh on his face with sunken cheeks like a holocaust victim? and then show him at 47 with fuller body where he doesnt cut weight so his face will have more water and flesh?

And by that analysis you just did shouldnt Roy Jones Jr head be bigger now then it was back when he was a middleweight and lhw now that he is an old semi-inshape man with a fatter face

Just stop if you think Pac looks healthy at the weigh in in the first photo you are straight up bias and blind with mental illness and your mind only focuses on confirmation bias and cognitive dissonance.

Pacs face is sunken in from sapping water he has a skeletor face just stop dude.

When you dont have to cut water weight or much weigh tin general you will get a fuller face this is a known fact.
