Zaticlanin is a straight ahead fighter with a good left hand. No finesse but rugged and a good body puncher.
Robert Garcia was working Ivan Redkach's corner when DZ stopped him in 4, so he probably thinks this guy is no threat to Mikey. I agree, Zlaticanin is too small and too predictable, perfect for Garcia to win the title and stay undefeated.

That's a legit fight. It's probably a 1 and done at 135 before moving to 140. Though if he stays at 135 for 1 or 2 fights, I hope he fights Lomachenko or Linares.

If he beats Mikey, then you can talk.
In my opinion the two best at 135 are currently Linares and Zlaticanin.

Who else would you put above those two? Flanagan?

Easter and Flanagan at least have one good win to their name. Dejan hasn't other than a shot Burns which doesn't mean anything. So yeah, I have them both above right now.

Not forgetting Crolla either who also has the more proven resume.

Zlaticanin also beat Petrov and Redkach. To me he looks like a bigger test than Flanagan or Crolla.

Let's see if Zlaticanin can land that same clean shot Rojas got on Garcia
