This is very far from a tuneup. Jorge Linares and Zlaticanin are the two best 135 pounders in the world.

If Mikey can beat him it will make a statement.

If you like Garcia then you'd probably be aware of what division he is fighting in and who are the belt holders and contenders in that division. Just because his name is almost impossible to pronounce doesn't mean he is a nobody - Flanagan is actually avoiding him.
