True. That's something PBC groupies are always using to discredit him. I mean it's possible that Manny was on PEDs, many athletes can cycle off the PEDs before testing, etc, but there's no single evidence that he was ever on the juice, plus they are hypocrites and racist because they chose to ignore all the evidences about some of their favorite fighters juicing. But they are just groupies acting like they are some real boxing fans and boxing historians.
One of my favorite fighters, Morales was caught juicing at the end of his career, and while I'm still a great fan of his, I'm not trying to pretend he wasn't juicing at the end of his career. Same for RJJ and Toney, damn I love them but they were clearly juicing. Even Mayweather, no matter how much he gets on my nerves for his out of ring antics, but I loved his boxing up till the very end of his career when he started holding too much and throwing 10 punches a round. I'm his big fan but it's his uneducated racist fans who I can't stand. So with that being said I would have no problem admiting that Pac was juicing if there was any real evidence, because no matter how much I love his boxing, I'm not his groupie.
The problem with PBC groupies is that even they know very well their accusations hold no ground. Because if they were real boxing fans and boxing historians as they clame to be, it would be easy for them to see that Pacquiao never KO'd any welterweight cold. At the lower weights he had a 1 punch knockout power, but not against the 147ers that he fought. If they were real boxing analysts they would know that his stoppages at 147 came after the accumulation of punches caused by Pac's workrate. Once he started getting old and his once amazing output started to decline, he wasn't stopping 147ers anymore. Yeah I think that his power is still very goodeven at WW but he's not throwing anymore 100 punches a round.
