No he deserves praise because he gave a good fight through an injury that most people would've quit with straight away.Like I said It's not my fault you don't know what the words your using actually mean it just means your a knobhead.Curtis Stevens ,Proska ,Lemiuex ,Murray all showed they were game.Nobody who ever stepped in the ring would question that they took their beatings. And I know plenty about you, because the sort of girls who giggle at men taking punishment in fights and question their courage all write things like you do.Seeing someone who can handle themselves in a ring getting the worst of it without crying like a ***** like you would reminds you your a keyboard warrior. You should change your name to MuhammedimhardBruceLee..
Wouldn't it be better for GGG's health....

I get what you're saying but it sounds like you're playing semantics. 'Game' can indicate both willingness and readiness. Brook was willing, but no where near ready. His orbital didn't accidentally break, forcing him to quit. It was the byproduct of getting punched in the face. He didn't make it half way through the fight. You could say Kell was game to fight Genady, but I wouldn't say Golovkin defeated a game opponent in Kell Brook since Brook was obliterated quickly. Again, it's semantics. Nothing to get worked up over.Comment

I think I found a point we can agree on. People don't realize that even a guy like Brandon Rios (my classic example) has to go through a LOT just to get to the level that he can fight the Pacs and Bradleys of the world. Years of working your ass in training, paying your dues. Sometimes, you're just not good enough and you choose to preserve your health rather than give the crowd the Roman colosseum type carnage they're lusting after. Few cowards make it to the upper levels of the hurt business.Comment

I've been saying this for awhile. The whole "sweet pea"Golovkin theory by his fans is the most idiotic thing that I've ever heard of.Comment

Since you want to play the "if you ever boxed" game, if you ever boxed you'd know how unusual it is to ask a guy to go up two weight classes to fight you.
Anyhow, having read many ****** posts claiming that said champ is simply letting himself get hit for the fans, I thought this thread was funny. Clearly, it's an issue of defense and the fact that everyone gets hit at some point. Sad that people feel the need to spin it into some sort of brave act.Comment

Shut up you mean guy! If Andrew Ward was any good he wouldn't have to avoid all those punches. Golovkin doesn't need defense cause he's not affected by punches. He likes to show this off to the fans. Ward is so busy slipping and blocking because he sucks. If he had balls he'd catch the punches with his face like a big drama man.Comment
