The truth is Conte is a loose cannon with really nothing to lose as he's ''protected'' by the feds, a rat. This is what Hauser forgot to mention in those articles. I mean the Hauser is a pretty good fiction writer, not as good as Grisham with suspense, but he knew full well he could've gave a disclaimer about Conte with his ''Can Boxing Trust USADA...''

Conte is a boogieman. He has said repeatedly that who knows what a boxer or athlete is on when they're not subjected to testing. one could finalize their opinion right there! For any boxer! If was giving Pacquiao the benefit of the doubt, then he wouldn't have said, ''I have no doubt in my mind that he has been doing stuff, including back in the Phillippines.''

One could argue that for the sake of boxing, ''fck all that, PEDS is nothing new, in the end it's all good for boxing. grow some...'' If that were the objective case, then what's the need for exposing significant athletes or pointing the finger in only one direction?

The real reason why Pac wasn't as active against Floyd was not because of ''pain'' or his ''injury'' since athletes in general usually show (LITERALLY) some sort of discomfort when performing. We've seen it in the NFL, MLB, NBA... injuries will show presence. Considering boxing is the HURT business and Pacquiao didn't show ANY discomfort during his #48 debut, makes he, Koncz, Arum, and Roach all goons.

Possibly. They certainly told on themselves with the whole "he's had shoulder issues since 2008 and been taking shots but we didn't have surgery all this time but now we have to" blah blah. Not a good look. Lots of red flags there, including Roach admitting he knew Toney took roids and also testifying that Justin Fortune took roids etc.

Then again, you can point these flags toward any fighter, including Mayweather. The difference is that he pushed the sport to better testing and made it a major issue (whether folks want to admit it or not).

I don't take Conte very serious, as I said. He has an agenda. Hauser is old news. Those guys took the wrong side (IMO) are being frozen out and are now out issuing hit pieces. Good luck with that. Does he even still write articles?

          After cotto he fought:

Clottey: huge, durable guy with good chin and good defense. Hardly opened up during the fight.

Margarito: huge durable guy with great chin. Could've easily been a tko with his damaged eye though

Mosley: big durable guy with good chin. Was running away and not engaging at all. He tried to quit in the corner but his trainer wouldn't let him. Easily could've been a tko as well.

Marquez x2: very skilled, and ability to recover after being hurt is amazing

          Bradley x3: same as Marquez

Brandon rios: great chin, plus Manny boxed him instead of going for ko since he just got ko'd himself against Marquez

Algieri: 6 knockdowns, easily could've been a tko

          Mayweather: great defense

I think it has more to do with him fighting guys with iron chins. Could also be he's getting older too.

That is nothing but a disproven myth. It has been put to bed the notion that Pacquiao's punching power carried unhindered through the weights. There is a clear progression of 'power' which peaks at 122lbs! As he climbs above that, his kayo % drops (with insufficient samples at 135/140 to show this) and his stoppages trend towards later in fights after accumulation and almost no KO's at his highest weight. Even the guys he dropped were either natural 140 pounders or had moved up in weight themselves. And Cotto who Pac stopped was badly hurt by Torres and Corley. Next.

Another fool who bought the myth. He never had huge power at welterweight, just like almost any fighter who rises in weight does not. Keep grabbing at straws.

If it were drugs, then he wouldn't be putting people on their asses left and right. He even dropped Marquez in their last fight. If Bradley didn't occupy 50% of Pac's last several fights then I think we'd have seen some more KOs. But, even Tim got dropped a couple times.
