I'm more worried about what happens next. I hope Top Rank doesn't let Walters go to waste after Loma beats him. I think Walters can still beat most if not the rest of the 130 pound division. So hopefully TR doesn't mess it up.

I'm happy this fight was made but they probably chose the worst time to make it. I'm in the minority but the way I see is that Loma won't get that much credit for beating Walters.
only from the idiots who already don't like loma.all the sane people will give loma his due credit.

Skills, intelligence, speed, quickness, and boxing IQ? He's an all around better fighter though he will have to go through hell to get this win.

I am not a gambler, but at -600, I would bet $100 on Walters to win, especially since I think Walters is going to win anyway.

Are you trolling or just ******? How about the fact that Lomachenko is p4p one of the most elite and complete fighters in the sport today?

Do you only use QBR when assessing QB's?
Do you only use PER in basketball?
Do you only look at BA for offense in baseball?

If you answer yes to any of those then we are done here.

Top Rank will promote who Top Rank wants to promote, regardless of who wins. That is why it is a bad idea to sign with Top Rank -- if you are not one of Arum's favorites, your career will never go anywhere.

Does anyone remember Zahir Raheem? He is the guy who beat Eric Morales before Morales was scheduled to fight a rematch with Manny Pacquaio. What did Arum do? He scheduled Morales/Pacquaio II while letting Raheem sit on the shelf.

Does anyone remember what happened after Rigondeaux beat Donaire? Arum attacked Rigondeaux and made comments like 'HBO throws up in their mouth when I mention Rigondeaux.'

If Walters wins or KO's Lomachenko, Arum will continue to promote Lomachenko like he is the second coming of Sugar Ray Robinson while Walters will be lucky to get an undercard fight on a Lomachenko promotion.

Well, like I said. I think Loma will win the fight but Im not discounting Walters in the least. Those odds are crazy if they are accurate.

If you believe Walters will win then maybe you should bet on him. You will make something like 4 times what you bet if Walters wins. To me they are both great and Loma is the favorite in the betting by much more than he should be in my opinion.Walters is fast and he has never been knocked down or lost a fight. He has great power in both hands combined with good boxing skills. I pick Loma to win but it's close. I won't be shocked if Walters wins it.
