Americans don't really know him well, they probably know him for his lose against Zab. But he's a different fighter now & I think he can beat Hatton, but Hatton don't want any part of him.

Man it's been over 2 years Witter's been asking for the Hatton fight, I don't know why Hatton is not accepting this fight, this will a huge fight in UK.

britain's best jr.welter? that says a lot for the quality of that division then. Witter is very overrated and the fact he runs his mouth like Zab Judah and Floyd Mayweather with a 10th of the talent and skill of those two doesnt endear him well to the yanks IMO.

ive yet to see him fight
didnt get the chance to see his fight against zab or ndou
but ive read good things about him
i really hope he gets a big fight or a fight televised on hbo or showtime
ive been hearing about for the last 2 years or more but yet to see him fight

Heard lots about him...looking forward to finally seeing a fight. But I know he doesnt have the same buzz about him that Hatton had early on, so I doubt he is the 'best' 140-147 lbs Britain has. My money is still on Hatton.

Hes decent, pretty solid techniclly, but not good enough to beat any of the top guys in the divsion i dont think.

Witter can box for sure, but he's not in Hatton's class.
